What is the position of Islam with regards to the acts of hostage taking, hijacking public transport and attacking public places?

Praise be to Allah s.w.t.

All these are prohibited in Islam under the rulings of hiranah. (Surah Ma’idah:33-34).

We hope that Allah protects us from all misdeeds and grant us goodness in this world and the hereafter.
